This process enhances and insures the seam integrity of every carpet we install while allowing us to reduce waste and thus save you money on unnecessary material. By completing this most important function in our quality controlled warehouse it insures a much cleaner installation. We do not have to roll your new carpet out on your driveway to make our cuts. During this process we are also able to inspect your carpet for any manufacturing defects, virtually eliminating any costly and time consuming replacements after the installation. Lastly, this process allows each of our installation crews to be more productive, enabling them to install as much as 30% more yardage in a given day, resulting in less time spent in your home.
